Since the Contact Center SDK is built on our Video SDK, your Contact Center SDK will need to be updated at least every seven months.

  • Enable or disable closed captioning/transcription and translation while in a video engagement.

  • View closed captioning/transcription and translation while in a video engagement.

  • Join the engagement with the same agent if the video call gets abruptly disconnected. The consumer receives a URL in the in-video chat as soon as they join the call with the agent. They can use this URL to join the engagement within a specified time limit.

  • Agents or supervisors can start a chat conversation with consumers in the waiting room. They can also share images and files while they wait for the next available agent.

  • Fixed an issue for the customized waiting room with video. Previously, the call got disconnected when the video ended. 

  • Fixed an issue for the customized waiting room on Android SDK. Previously, images were not rendered in the Android SDK.
