Join the engagement with the same agent if the video call gets abruptly disconnected. The consumer receives a URL in the in-video chat as soon as they join the call with the agent. They can use this URL to join the engagement within a specified time limit.
Agents or supervisors can start a chat conversation with consumers in the waiting room. They can also share images and files while they wait for the next available agent.
Fixed an issue for the customized waiting room with video. Previously, the call got disconnected when the video ended.
